    2023-2024 Incentives 

    Teachers who meet specific criteria can qualify for hiring incentives starting at $2,000, including: 

    • $2,000 Teacher Hiring Stipend 
    • $2,500 Secondary Math Stipend 
    • $2,500 Secondary Science Stipend 
    • $2,500 Special Education Teacher Stipend 
    • $2,500 Secondary English Language Arts Stipend 
    • $7,000 Bilingual Teacher Stipend

    Applicants who apply early have the best chance of securing a position in Beaumont ISD.     Beaumont ISD is inviting anyone interested in becoming an educator with the District to its “Success Express Thursdays” each Thursday during the month of June. The events are scheduled for June 1, June 8, June 15, June 22 and June 29, 2023, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. in Conference Room A of the Administration Building, located at 3395 Harrison Avenue in Beaumont.

    Executive Director of Human Resources Derwin Samuels calls the weekly job fairs a convenient way for Southeast Texas educators to connect with BISD. "We know there are educators in the surrounding area who would consider Beaumont ISD as a great place to teach, but did not have the time to attend our Spring Job Fair,” he says. “Our Success Express Thursdays are our effort to provide an opportunity to network with our District leaders and help the District identify educators who can create positive learning environments for our students in the upcoming school year."
